Production company from the food industry – tax exemption obtained at the level of PLN 7 million.
The client resigned from the investment with regard to which they received the decision about support due to plans of completion of investment at another location. Provided services included:
- Successful submitting of the application for the statement on the expiry of decision about support.
- Representing the Client and winning the case before the civil court where the court dismissed the claim of the Management Board of the Special Economic Zone for the assertion of obligation of the Client to conclude agreement for the provision of services by the Management Board of the Special Economic Zone.
- Obtaining new decision about support for new investment for which the tax exemption amounted to PLN 7 million.
- Preparing internal documentation to confirm strong economic and functional links between the existing and new investment (the so-called defence file), which allows for the tax exemption to cover most of the income gained by the Client.

- Tax return was obtained in relation to the settlement of relief in the amount of PLN 1.4 million.
- Documentation of conducted R&D works was gathered and standardised.
